O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in crime No.1268/2017 dated 20.11.2017 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police station to some other police station in Theni District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that in crime No.1268 of 2017, enquiry has been conducted and the same is referred as 'Mistake of Fact' and hence, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to serve RCS notice to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No.2024 of 2018 is at liberty to file a protest petition before the appropriate Court.
