The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the second respondent in No.34/BCDFGISSSV/2024, dated 24.06.2024 and set aside the same by setting the detenu, namely, Alagar, Son of Rajarathinam, aged about 21 years and set him at liberty, now confined at District Jail, Nagercoil.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.5195, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 31.07.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
