When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He further seeks to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. The personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court as and when their presence is required by the trial Judge.
