This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to earmark the land area for Shop No.4 (vacant site shop) at the entrance of Omni Bus Stand of Combined Mattu Thavani Bus Stand as per the order of allotment issued by the Respondent in Ma.Va.3/027421/2013 dated 11.10.2013 and by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.10.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions from the respondent, has submitted that the subject shop is soon going to be allotted to the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
