ORDER

It is noticed that the learned counsel for the petitioner passed away and therefore, when the case came up for hearing on the last occasion, i.e., on 10.02.2022, the Registry was directed to serve notice on the petitioner. Under these circumstances, the Registry sent a notice on 16.02.2022, which has been received by the petitioner on 21.02.2022. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. However, if an application is filed within a reasonable time for setting aside the order, such application shall be entertained and the Writ Petition shall be restored to file. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
