This petition has been filed to quash the crime No.71 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that in crime No.71 of 2017, enquiry has been conducted and the same is referred as 'Mistake of Fact' and hence, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission, this petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
