Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the petition mentioned appeal. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The writ petition is disposed of.
