ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the second respondent to complete the registration of the partition deed dated 29.04.2026 presented by the petitioner and his siblings.

2. The learned counsel would submit that, eventhough the document was duly presented, the same has been kept pending document till date.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Standing Counsel would submit that a protest petition, by the rival claimants, had indeed been presented before the Sub Registrar, Chinnamanur, the third respondent. The said papers are now required to be transferred to the file of the second respondent, who has to decide the objections in the manner known to law and complete the process of registration. 2/4

4. If that be so, let the process be expedited, and due enquiry with reference to the protest petition be conducted and the final orders be passed with reference to the registration, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of this order.
