ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner by initiating appropriate action on petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that upon the complaint received from the fourth respondent, a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.134 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. This petitioner has filed anticipatory bail application and the same is pending for consideration and the another accused has also filed criminal original petition to quash the FIR registered against them. He further submitted that there are many cases pending against the petitioner.
