similar case in W.P.(MD)No.1439 of 2021 dated 29.01.2021 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action because his request has been rejected vide order dated 08.08.2022 and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.With the aforesaid liberty to the writ petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
