This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.636 of 2017 from the file of the fifth respondent to the file of third respondent.

2. Today when the mater is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that initially a case was registered in Crime No.636 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. He further submitted that no offence is made out as alleged by the defacto complainant. Therefore, the respondent police closed as 'action dropped' and also the copy of the referred charge sheet duly served to the defacto complainant. 3.If at all any grievance over the referred charge sheet, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
