ORDER

The petition is for Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take action on his complaint dated 30.10.2020. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a First Information Report was registered on the basis of the complaint in Crime No.5 of 2021, on the file of the DCB, Tirunelveli, for the offences under Sections 120(b), 465, 468, 471 and 419 of IPC.
