ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.333 of 2016 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the trial has already been commenced and they examined P.W.1 to P.W.3 sofar, at this stage, the quash petition cannot be entertained.

4.It is seen that there are serious allegations as against the petitioners, therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.333 of 2016. However, considering the case is of the year 2016, the learned Additional District Munsif cum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2333 of 2018 Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.333 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
