ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Contemnor/third respondent for his contempt of Court on the violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.13864 of 2021, dated 10.8.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed befoire this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Contemnor/third respondent would submit that recommendation has been sent to the District Revenue Officer, Madurai, for further action in this matter and the order of this Court has been complied with and as such, no contempt is made out and has also produced a communication to that effect. 4.In view of the above submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
