ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order of this court, the Letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur in D.No.330 dated 13.02.2020, praying for extension of further 3 months time to dispose the case in C.C.No.93/11 pending on the file of the Judicial Magsitrate, Tiruchendur, and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. C. Vakeeswaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. S.Chandrasekar, Additional Public Prosecutor,for the first respondent, this Court made the following order: "The Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.93/2011, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17.09.2019.

3. The reasons stated in the letter dated 13.2.2020 is accepted and a further period of three months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
