*********** The prayer made in the Writ Petition is to forbear the first respondent Bank from terminating the services of the petitioner in the post of HKP (House Keeper cum Peon) at Chinnakalayamputhur Branch.

2. Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to passage of time, it would be suffice, if the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondents with a fresh representation seeking appropriate relief.

3. Considering the limited nature of the relief that has been now sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition,

without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is granted liberty to submit a fresh representation to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation being made, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, after due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
