Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNU.V, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to amend the condition 5(a) in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10656 of 2023, dated 16.06.2023. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reason stated by the petitioners that the defacto complaint is the brother of the petitioners, the condition No.5(a) in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10656 of 2023, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.10032 of 2023 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) instead of Rs.10,000/- each to the defacto complainant, as already ordered by this Court on 16.06.2023. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
