ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 09.09.2019, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in SC No.216 of 2017, with in a period of four months, and the requisition letter dated 24.03.2022, in D.No.328 of 2022, submitted by the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thanjavur(FAC), this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.216 of 2017.

2. This Court has already disposed the Criminal Original Petition, by the order, dated 09.09.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.216 of 2017, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of two months to dispose of the said case.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 24.03.2022, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in S.C.No.216 of 2017 and it is made clear that no further time will be granted by this Court, since the matter is of the year 2017.
