This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in in S.C.No.179 of 2012, pending before the Mahila Court, Theni.

2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that S.C.No.179 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judge, Mahila Court, Theni, has been ended in acquittal by the judgment dated 22.03.2018 and nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
