This quash petition is filed to quash the the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 2503 of 2017 dated 12.01.2018 in C.C.No.206 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District and direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Srivilliputhur, to recall the P.W.1 to P.W.3 and P.W.6 for cross examination in C.C.No. 206 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that after conducting trial, the criminal case was ended in conviction. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
