ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.24 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the trial already commenced and they have examined 3 witnesses (P.W.1 to P.W.3).

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the proceedings, in C.C.No.24 of 2017, cannot be quashed at this stage. The petitioners are at liberty to raise all the points during the trial. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2399 of 2018 Judicial Magistrate, Theni, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.24 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
