ORDER

Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's case for sanction of incentive increment for B.Ed., and M.A., Degree in the light of G.O.Ms.No.42 and 1032, Education Department, dated 10.01.1969 and 22.06.1971 respectively within a stipulated time.

4. In similar circumstances, the Principal Bench of this Court has considered the case of the petitioner in W.P.No.11840 of 2015, dated 22.04.2015, and directed the Director of Elementary Education to sanction two sets of incentive increments to the petitioner for having acquired higher qualification. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to

consider the case of the petitioner based on his representations dated 22.09.2014, 18.12.2014, 13.01.2015 and 05.03.2015 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
