ORDER: Criminal Original Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai vide the Letter in D.No.111 of 2020 dated 24.01.2020 and upon appeared of Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Chandrasekar, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the 1st respondent, this Court made the following order. The Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Madurai, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.NO.17 of 2017, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 12.09.2019.

3. The reasons stated in the letter dated 24.01.2020 is accepted and a further period of three months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
