The petitioner claims that he has submitted an application on 03.05.2023 before the respondents 2 and 3 for surveying his lands in Survey Nos.214/1A1 and 141/1A2 situated at Uranganpatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District and however, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

2. Mr.M.Sarangan, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the survey is proposed to be conducted on 14.07.2023 and the respondents have issued a notice to the adjacent land owners.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
