Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2491 of 2018 fourth respondent Police, pursuant to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, dated 23.09.2015 in Cr.M.P.No.8484 of 2015, within a time frame.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed in P.R.C.No.3 of 2018 before the concerned Court and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
