ORDER

Mr.K.Govindarajan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to pay arrears of subsistence allowance to the petitioner for the suspension period of service from 29.01.2013 to 08.07.2015 as Elephant Mahout in the respondent temple.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was a Elephant Mahout and he was not paid the subsistence allowance for his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ suspension period from 29.01.2013 to 08.07.2015 and hence, he made a representation before the respondent on 18.11.2015 and the same is said

to be still pending. Hence, he has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

Considering the above stated facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.11.2015, and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
