This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 3 of 2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is arrayed as eight accused in a case registered in Crime No.3 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 120B,420,465,468 and 506(i) of IPC and after investigation he was deleted from the case. He has also produced the copy of the deletion report.
