ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the investigation of the Crime No.391 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent and transfer the same to the second respondent for investigation.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation has been completed and filed a closure report also filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate referring the case as "Action Dropped" and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
