ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in PRC.No.15 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanapapuram.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that now committal proceedings was over and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.268 of 2017 by the learned Mahila Court, Nagercoil. He further submitted that the petitioner never appeared before the trial Court and therefore, the Court below issued a Non-Bailable Warrant as against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2548 of 2018 3.In view of the above submission, the petitioner is not entitled for getting any relief. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
