This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.212 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent police has completed the investigation and a final report has also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, which has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.51 of 2019.
