The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2023 and direct the respondents, not to interfere with the petitioner's right to practice Electropathy / Electrohomeopathy in term of the first respondent's letter dated 05.05.2010

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation in the light of the letter dated 05.05.2010 issued by the first respondent, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
