ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.190 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent police referred the case as "Action Dropped" and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
