ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her husband namely Anand's life and liberty. 2.The petitioner and one Anand got married. Both of them are belongs to different sub-caste and it is objected by the fourth respondent, who is the father of the petitioner. However, now they are living happily at Karur, without any hindrance from the fourth respondent.

3.However, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer a fresh complaint, if any threat from the fourth respondent or his family members, before the concerned jurisdiction police station seeking adequate police protection and on such receipt of complaint, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned jurisdiction police station is directed to consider the same and pass orders, in accordance with law. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
