[Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU.,J.] Mr.M.Subash Babu, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.Niranjan S.Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent and by consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2.The Petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to ensure the enrollment of the Petitioner(PR 1184064) with the second respondent forthwith by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 26.7.2019.

W.P(MD)No.18385 OF 2019 4.It is the case of the Petitioner that she studied B.Tech.,M.B .A., and also a Law Degree in the State of Andhra Pradesh. It is the further case of the Petitioner that she applied before the second respondent for enrolling herself as an Advocate through her application, dated 15.10.2018 with identification No.PR1184064.

5.The grievance of the Petitioner before this Court is that till this date, the said application is not considered. At this stage, we are not expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, as it is for the respondents, more particularly, the second respondent to consider and decide the same.

6.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law.

7.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to pass orders on the Petitioner's application, dated 15.10.2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
