ORDER

Mr.V.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.K.Govindarajan, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The Petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to conclude the proceedings forwarded by the second respondent in proceedings No.421/1424/A2, dated 25.05.2015 and regularize the petitioner's service in Sri.Arulmigu Mariamman Thirukovil as Elephand Mahout.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader undertakes to dispose of the proceedings forwarded by the second respondent to the first respondent, dated 25.05.2015 within a period of four weeks.

5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to conclude the proceedings forwarded by the second respondent in proceedings No.421/1424/A2, dated 25.05.2015 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
