This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.490 of 2017 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Valliyoor Police Station, Tirunelveli District to the third respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent police has completed the investigation and also filed a closure report referred the case as mistake of fact.
