ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.33 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent to any other competent officer within the jurisdiction of the first respondent and consequently direct the first respondent to complete the investigation within a time frame. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent police found the vehicle in question and seeks two months time to file a final report.
