This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to grant adequate police protection to the petitioner for putting up compound wall around the temple premises of Arulmigu Kandyamman Temple, Keeranur, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2024. 2/4
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents would submit that the enquiry is being conducted and after conclusion, the result of the enquiry would be communicated to the petitioner.
3.In view of the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry and inform the petitioner about the result within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
