The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 20.04.2026 and grant permission to lay an underground drainage pipeline from Survey No.68/1 through Survey No.68/3 situated at Ward-A, Aranthangi, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District. 2.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property in Survey No.68/1 situated at Ward-A, Aranthangi, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District. According to the petitioner, Survey No.68/3 is classified as a public pathway. The wastewater generated from her house is presently discharged through an open drainage channel constructed along the said public pathway, which ultimately connects to the main drainage system maintained by the Aranthangi Municipality.
