3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Trichy District to dispose the case pending in S.T.C. No. 3183 of 2016, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court, after completion of the proceedings.
