ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay family pension to the petitioner for the death of her husband, with all arrears.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents produced a communication, dated 16.02.2019 issued by the Internal Audit Officer stating that the respondents have credited the benefits in the account of the petitioner and as such, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
