O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to obtain sanction from the competent authority of public servants, namely, A7 to A9 in connection with C.C.No.70 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, Madurai District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the accused are revenue officials. Now the respondent without obtaining sanction from the authority concerned prosecutes the proceedings with the trial in C.C.No.70 of 2014 as against A7 to A9.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, if the trial Court feels that the sanction is required, the respondent is directed to act in accordance with law with the direction of the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, Madurai District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
