This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for change of investigation in respect of Crime No.163 of 2016 from the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the third respondent police has completed investigation and closed as 'action dropped' and the final closure report was filed before the Revenue Divisional Officer, since the case was registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the third respondent is directed to file a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of Two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after serving copy of the referred charge sheet to the defacto complainant.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
