This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.287 of 2017 from the file of the second respondent to the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case has been initially registered as against the husband https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD).No. 2793 of 2018 of the petitioner and he was arrayed as accused in Crime No.287 of 2017 who committed an offence under Sections 279 and 304(A) of I.P.C., subsequently he died and therefore, the charge itself was abated.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
