The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the respondents 11 and 13 in C.M.P(MD)Nos.1319 to 1321 of 2025 in S.A(MD)No.284 of 2013, by way of paper publication in Malai Murasu local Tamil daily having circulation in Thiruppur District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the respondents 11 and 13 in C.M.P(MD)Nos.1319 to 1321 of 2025 in S.A(MD)No.284 of 2013 by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Murasu, in Thiruppur Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 23.07.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 12.07.2026.

4. Post the matter on 23.07.2026.
