Heard the learned counsel on either side. The petitioner is permitted to submit an online application. The petitioner shall furnish all the relevant particulars and also enclose the necessary documents. On such receipt of online application, enquiry shall be completed and final order passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing such orders. It is open to the respondent to pass orders one way or the other. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The writ petition stands disposed of.
