Today, this Criminal Original Petition is posted under the caption "for reporting compliance". This Court passed an order on 19.07.2018, allowing the petition and permitting the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.56,000/- (Rupees Fifty Six Thousand only) which was lying to the credit of M.C.No.35 of 2016, on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur, Kumbakonam and to report compliance after withdrawing the said amount. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the amount has been withdrawn by the petitioner. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
