O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of investigating or enquiry. 2.It is submitted that on 16.06.2023 in the evening, when one Niranjan, the husband of the petitioner No.3, was entering into the airport at Chennai, Immigration Officers have detained him and left him after an enquiry. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that on 05.07.2023, some officers from the office of the respondent No.3 came to the home of the petitioner No.3 introducing themselves as the Immigration Officers from Trichy Immigration Office. It is also submitted that on the enquiry, the persons, who visited the house of the petitioner No.3 on 05.07.2023, have informed that they came from the Crime Branch.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the respondent police have never visited the house of the petitioner No.3 on 05.07.2023 or any other day in connection with anything and there is no complaint or a criminal case pending against the petitioners and submitted that this petition is falsely filed. 2/4

4.Since the petitioners have themselves mentioned in the petition that the Immigration Authorities have approached them, it appears that this petition is filed prematurely against the respondent police. The same is recorded. 5.This Petition is dismissed, accordingly.
