This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.33 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation and they are about to file the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court and hence the FIR cannot be quashed at this stage.
