This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.220 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 249 (b), 323 of I.P.C. from the file of second respondent to some other investigation agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that they completed investigation and about to file a final report for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 of I.P.C., and hence, the investigation cannot be transferred to other investigation agency at this stage, it would affect the entire investigation.
